Peanut Butter Pie
This recipe is from my sister-in-law, Deb. Light textured, creamy
and rich, you're sure to love it! It's also quick and easy to make.
Ingredients:
1 Ready-made chocolate pie crust
1 Cup sugar
1 Cup peanut butter, smooth
8 oz cream cheese
1 TBS. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except whipping cream together.
In a separate bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks form.
Stir into peanut butter mixture.
Pour into pie crust and chill for at least 4 hours.
Hint: sprinkle the top with chocolate chips or crushed Reece's Peanut Butter Cups
