Creamy Hash Brown Bake
The ultimate in comfort foods! This bubbly casserole is so creamy and delicious,
it's destined to become a family favorite. Be sure to make enough for seconds!
Ingredients:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 Cup sour cream
1 stick butter, softened
1/4 Cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 package (28 oz.) frozen hash browns
3/4 Cup crushed potato chips
Directions:
Combine soups, sour cream, butter, onion and salt.
Add potatoes.
Mix well and pour into a greased 13x9" baking dish.
Sprinkle potato chips on top.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes, or until bubbly.
