Baked Oatmeal
Baked oatmeal is a great way to get even the "I don't like oatmeal" bunch to eat their oats.
Serve as is, or pour milk over the top.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
4 tsp. baking powder
2/3 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
1 cup raisins
3 cups oats
1/4 cup sunflower seeds (optional)
Directions:
Mix together oil, sugar and eggs.
Stir in the remaining ingredients in the order given, mixing well.
Spread into a greased, 9x9" baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Eat as is, or top with cream or milk.
