Robin's Baked Corn
My sweet friend, Robin, brought us this cheesy corn casserole as part of a
meal when we had our youngest child. It's been a family favorite ever since!
Ingredients:
2 cans cream style corn
2 cans whole kernal corn
1 stick of butter, melted
4 eggs
1 Cup corn meal
2 tsp. salt
2 Cups sour cream
2 Cups diced American cheese
2/3 Cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 Cup chopped onion
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased 13x9" baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until center is firm, and top lightly browned.
